The commentary

On January 2, 2019, seven tax agreements (with Hungary, Luxembourg, Switzerland, Chile, Spain, Poland, and Japan) signed by the US were pending in the Senate. The protocol amending the tax treaty with Switzerland was signed on September 23, 2009, and submitted to the Senate on January 26, 2011.
