The commentary
In recruiting, AI is used to optimise job advertisements. The tool has also been used by LinkedIn to optimise their adverts. By analysing data, LinkedIn can determine which aspects of an ad are the most effective at attracting candidates. This information is then used to maximise the effectiveness of job ads and reach a wider audience. The combination of Linkedln and Al opens up new benchmarks in recruiting, where the latest technology and human intuition go hand in hand to find the best talent for a specific organisation (according to an essay by Roger Basler de Roca in RECRUITING now, 2 Oktober 2023).
