According to the latest Schilling Report, there are the longer the more women in management positions in Swiss companies, many of whom are expats. Yet there is high fluctuation and companies are still finding it difficult to recruit women – and to keep them.

The commentary

The report has been collecting data on the proportion of women in the largest Swiss companies since 2006.

There are more women on the management boards and boards of directors of the hundred largest Swiss companies than ever before with women making up more than 20 % of the management boards. In the previous year the figure totalled at 19 %
