Andreas Grossenbacher

Andreas Grossenbacher, graduate fiduciary expert, MAS FH in fiduciary and management consulting, has been working for KENDRIS since September 2024. Andreas was already employed by KENDRIS from December 2009 to June 2017. He previously worked for Mazars, where he headed the outsourcing department for German-speaking Switzerland.
Andreas looks after national and international corporate clients. He has in-depth fiduciary knowledge, particularly in accounting and payroll. He accompanies corporate clients through all phases of the life cycle. Andreas can look back on a professional career spanning over 30 years, which has enabled him to gain a great deal of experience.


Anna Brouver

Anna runs a boutique advisory company (J Group SA https://www.jgroup.ch/) providing compliance services. With her longstanding experience in private banking compliance she offers a structured and independent approach. Her expertise lies in Anti-Money-Laundering (AML) and Know-Your-Customer (KYC) topics with a specific focus on CEE, Russia, Ukraine, Kazakhstan and Central Asia. Anna has a legal background (MLaw, lic.iur) analytical and research skills as well as multilingual competence (English, German, French and Russian).


Anton Ladner

Anton Ladner, lic.iur., editor-in-chief of Sonntag and Doppelpunkt, previously business editor at Radio DRS, Weltwoche, CASH and financial editor at CASH Online and CASH TV.


Bruno Negri

Bruno Negri holds a Master of Arts in Law (M.A. HSG) from the University of St. Gallen, with a specialization in construction and tenancy law. Following a legal traineeship at SBB Real Estate, he joined NEBA Unternehmungen AG, a family-owned construction company. Today, he serves as Managing Director of NEGRI Immobilien AG and oversees the legal affairs of NEBA Unternehmungen AG, combining legal expertise with strategic leadership in the real estate and construction sectors.


Cecilia Stenberg

Cecilia Stenberg is a Swiss Certified Tax Expert and holds a Master's degree in Law. She has 20 years of experience in all tax matters in the field of private individuals, both in the national and international environment. Her focus is on residence planning and relocations, structuring of private wealth, social security and inheritance and gift tax. Cecilia Stenberg regularly speaks on various tax topics in the area of taxation of private individuals and is a lecturer at the EXPERTsuisse master study course "Swiss Certified Tax Expert".


Cedric Zhao

Cédric Zhao is presently pursuing a Master in General Management at the University of St. Gallen. He completed his Bachelor in Banking and Finance at the University of Zurich. He is currently working as an intern in the Investment Banking Division at ABCI Capital Limited in Hong Kong, focusing on developing pitch books for potential IPOs. Previously, he interned in Wealth Management at SHW Invest in Zurich, conducting research and analysis on global equities and funds. Cédric is fluent in German, Chinese, and English, with advanced proficiency in Italian and French.


Christian Lyk

Christian Lyk graduated from the University of Berne and qualified as Attorney at Law and graduated as a Master of Laws (LL.M International Taxation). He joined KPMG in 1998 where he became Head of the Tax Department in 2002. In 2005 Christian Lyk joined Kendris, becoming Head of Tax and Legal Department (2006 – 2015). Since 2009 he has been a member of the Executive Committee of Kendris Ltd. and both partner and CEO since 2018. He has been FATCA Responsible officer of Kendris Group and Head CRS Reporting. He has held a number of tax-related functions at various bodies such as SATC (Swiss Association of Trust Companies), the Swiss Institute of Taxation and has been a member of the teaching staff at the University of Lucerne.


Dieter Knapp

Dieter Knapp (born 1959) has more than 45 years of experience as both a fiduciary and business consultant. He is a certified real estate fiduciary, certified controller and has an IFRS VEB diploma. His professional focus is on tax advisory services, particularly in the real estate sector. Dieter Knapp has been with KENDRIS Switzerland Ltd. since 2009, initially as a partner and currently as part-time as Of Counsel. In this role, he advises companies and private clients on business matters and tax-related matters. Apart from his professional work, he served for 25 years on the board of SVIT, of which he is now an honorary member, and he has been an examination expert for real estate fiduciaries and was president of audit committees for 12 years. He also serves as a board member in various companies.


Hans Rainer Kuenzle

Hans Rainer Künzle graduated from the University of St-Gall (Dr. oec. HSG), qualified as an attorney-at-law and is admitted to the Bar of the Canton of Zurich. He joined KPMG in 1996 and became Partner in 2000. He was a founding Partner of Kendris private Ltd. (today: Kendris Ltd) and is since his retirement an Of Counsel with Kendris. In 2005 he became Associate Professor for private law and comparative private law at the University of Zurich, emeriting in 2021. He is author of the Bernese Commentary to Art. 517-518 Swiss Civil Code (the executor) and the Zurich Commentary to Art. 86-96 International Private Law Act (International Succession Law). He is co-editor of the Law Review successio.


Konrad K Häuptli

Konrad Häuptli graduated from the University of Berne, qualified as an attorney-at-law and was admitted to the Bar of the Canton of Berne. He joined HSBC in 2002 after working with Swiss Re for over 20 years. He then went on to work for KENDRIS in 2016 after retiring as former CEO of HSBC’s Trust Companies in Switzerland. Konrad Häuptli is a member of the Advisory Board of the Swiss Association of Trust Companies (SATC) and is also a member of mixed expert groups representing SATC. He has been managing family assets and has been involved in entrepreneurial activities, board assignments as well as private equity investments.


Lara Bolliger

Lara Bolliger, certified fiduciary expert (Adv. Federal Diploma of Higher Education), has been working for KENDRIS since 2016. She advises national and international corporate clients and has broad fiduciary expertise, particularly in accounting, payroll and corporate advisory. Lara supports companies throughout all phases of their life cycle, from establishment to restructuring and succession planning. Lara combines strong fiduciary expertise with a high affinity for digitalisation and AI.


Marie Anne Nauer

Studies of psychology, history of art, philosophy, psychoanalysis, and graphology. Thesis in handwriting Analysis. Specialized in Freudian psychoanalysis and handwriting psychology. Certificate PEP (Process-oriented Embodyment-focussed Psychology: bifocal-multisensorial technique for efficient energy and stressmanagement). Certificate Swiss Board School of the University St. Gallen. Member of the Swiss Institute of Directors SIoD. Since more than 30 years private practice for psychoanalysis, psychotherapy, psychological counselling, psycho-diagnostics, personality development and management coaching as well as for handwriting psychology, handwriting expertise and signature analyses for the authentication of pictures. Former President Swiss Graphological Society SGG/SSG (2015-2021). Head expert’s group for comparison of handwritings and signatures of the SGG. Founder and Director Institute for Handwriting Sciences IHS. Founder and Director Academy for Handwriting Analysis AHA. President Ethical Commission ASP. Mario Rohr

For a number of years, Mario Rohr (born 1994) has been working as a finance and fiduciary professional. He has a solid educational background (Federal VET Diploma in Business Administration with Vocational Baccalaureate) and broad experience in the banking and fiduciary sector. He has been working with KENDRIS Schweiz AG as a Senior Consultant in fiduciary services and auditing since 2023. Before taking up this post, he worked as a Senior Finance Administrator and IT Administrator as well as in HR. In 2022, Mario Rohr completed an internship at the Department of Economic Affairs and Home Affairs, Aargau Services for Economic Development. His career in the banking sector began at Neue Aargauer Bank AG, where he held various positions. Among others, he worked as a financing advisor and was responsible for conducting financing consultations and evaluating credit applications. He additionally served as deputy team leader of a six-member team. Other roles within the bank included positions in credit management, as a cash service advisor and as an assistant in private banking.


Olivier Weber

Olivier Weber graduated from the University of Berne, qualified as an attorney-at-law and was admitted to the Bar. He started his tax advisor career within a big 4 accounting firm where he obtained his diploma as Swiss certified tax expert in 2002. 2010 he joined KENDRIS Ltd. as partner and shortly after was promoted Head of Tax. He serves as member of the board of director of KENDRIS and some selected active companies-. He consults individuals and corporates with a focus on national and international taxation, negotiations with tax authorities, appeal proceedings as well as succession planning, including financing concepts and refinancings. Olivier Weber regulary lectures on tax topics and is president of the examination commission for Swiss certified tax experts.


Paul Millen

Paul Foster Millen, the founder of Millen Tax & Legal GmbH, earned JD and LLM (Tax) degrees from New York University School of Law and a BA degree from Duke University. He specializes in tax and regulatory advice for cross-border income flows and offshore asset holdings. To that end, he advises Swiss banks, asset managers, fiduciaries, single family offices and and other financial institutions on an array of US and international tax topics, including OECD CRS/FATCA, the Qualified Intermediary and other US withholding regimes, such as §871(m) for payments from derivative instruments and §864(c)(8)/1446 for private equity and PTP sale proceeds, and a variety of transparency initiatives, such as DAC6 and the Corporate Transparency Act. Paul speaks frequently at tax conferences in Switzerland and abroad and regularly publishes articles in leading tax periodicals.


Philippe de Salis

Philippe de Salis, Partner, Head of Fiduciary (Switzerland) – Stonehage Fleming
Philippe is Head of the Stonehage Fleming Group Fiduciary services in Switzerland. He joined the Group in 2007 after working for several years as Attorney at law in Berne and Geneva, specialising in corporate and commercial law.
Philippe graduated from the University of Zurich in 1996 with a Law degree (lic. iur.). He qualified as Attorney at law and was admitted to the Bar of the Canton of Berne in 1999. Philippe also obtained a Post Graduate Diploma in Law from the University of Geneva in 2004.
Philippe is a member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP) and a co-editor of STEP’s Trust Quarterly Review. He is also Chairman of the Swiss Association of Trust Companies (SATC).


Thomas Frey

Thomas Frey acts as legal counsel and advisor to international families, their global businesses and international wealth-holding structures, including Swiss investment, operating and holding companies. He advises investors residing and investing in high-tax and regulated jurisdictions such as the US, the UK and the EU on complex cross-border tax, legal and regulatory matters. He acts as a board member, protector or trustee for families and their international business and investment holding structures.


Thomas Krause

Thomas Krause is employed at eOperations Switzerland Ltd, serving as Product Manager NEST - a leading provider of business solutions for tax administrations in German-speaking Switzerland - while also heading the office of the Digital Tax Association (VDS). He studied business with a focus on taxation and auditing in Germany. After graduation he gained hands-on experience in Switzerland—working, among others, for Ringler Informatik Ltd (e-Tax complete solutions), the Zurich Cantonal Tax Office and Kendris Ltd.


Thomas Narbel

Thomas Narbel is a private client advisor with more than 18 years of tax & legal experience. His broad area of expertise include the setting up of holding companies, trusts, charitable swiss foundations and associations, frequently in cross-border situations. He also has extensive experience in regulatory and compliance issues, such as AML, CRS, etc. Thomas Narbel also has the pleasure to lead a team of enthusiastic and reliable professionals based in Geneva.
