k-chat – Your AI Research Assistant for Swiss Tax Law – updated version

Ask your tax law question in German, French, Italian or English and k-chat will search Swiss tax case law and deliver a concise, well-founded analysis based on relevant official sources.

The knowledge base is founded exclusively to Swiss tax law and draws on official sources, including decisions of the Federal Supreme Court and the Federal Administrative Court, cantonal tax decisions as well as publications issued by cantonal tax authorities across all regions of Switzerland, the complete k-flash archive and selected specialist publications such as the taxlawblog. Content from law firms, expert platforms as well as foreign third-party sources is deliberately excluded.

k-chat analyses the relevant case law and highlights the key legal issue, applicable principles and practical implications. Each analysis is linked to the underlying original decision, including the court and procedural status.

Wherever the available sources do not provide a sufficiently reliable basis for an analysis, k-chat will clearly indicate this.

Ready to find the answer? Ask k-chat your tax law question and put your digital research assistant for Swiss tax law to work.
