The Swiss Federal Criminal Court today found Pierre Mirabaud guilty of bribing foreign public officials and of money laundering. The court sentenced the former president of the Swiss Bankers Association to two years’ imprisonment, with the sentence suspended. The conviction relates to offences involving the bribery of foreign public officials and the laundering of illicit funds.
